The Ruin in Joshua Tree

Joshua tree is the high desert, which means it’s hot during the day and significantly colder at night. The weather is calling for a high of 95 degrees and a low of 68 so bring a jacket. The short ceremony will be around sunset, followed by great food, drinks and dancing under the stars.

LODGING

Ace Hotel & Swim Club

We will be staying at the Ace Hotel with the wedding party. There are additional rooms available on a first come first serve basis so please book a room sooner rather than later. The Ace has some great ammenities. The first and favorite is the Swim Club Pool with a made for Hollywood backdrop. King’s Highway is a redefined roadside diner with the best coffee and avocado toast for miles. The Amigo Room is a much needed repreive from the sun to grab a cocktail or beer. If you still need more pampering after that cocktail in the cavernous space The Feel Good Spa is it. They offer a long list of specialized massages including a rose quartz treatment to unclog that heart chakra.

The shuttles to the venue will be picking up and dropping off here.

Other great options if the Ace doesn't work for you :

Why stay in Palm Springs if we’re getting married in Joshua Tree? Well, as beautiful as Joshua Tree is… the unfortunate downfall is there isn’t a whole lot to do other than hike and take in the view. Cell service is basically non existant so forget about getting a Lyft. There are some great airbnb options but good hotels and dining are a bit harder to come by. Palm Springs is about 30 minutes away and has alot more to offer. The Main Street has great shopping, fine dining and some of the most adorable boutique hotels.
